Asthra AI is an AI-powered drafting assistant designed to help users create structured documents, including regulatory, clinical, and business content. The Service processes user-provided documents and inputs to generate AI-assisted drafts within supported environments such as Microsoft Word.
Eligibility and user accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

User content and ownership

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Asthra AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
- We are not liable for failure to meet regulatory or submission requirements
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asthra AI from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- If you violate these Terms
- If your use poses a risk to the platform or other users
- At our discretion, with or without notice
Changes to the terms
