Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Asthra AI website, product, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Asthra AI (“Asthra”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Asthra AI is a regulatory writing co-pilot that generates first drafts of regulatory documents (including but not limited to CSRs, PSURs, CERs, and CMC modules) inside Microsoft Word, grounded in source documents you provide. Asthra is a drafting aid. It does not replace the judgment of qualified regulatory, clinical, or safety professionals. Responsibility for the accuracy, compliance, and submission of any document remains with you.
2. Accounts and access
Commercial use of the Service requires a written agreement (order form, master services agreement, or equivalent). The public website is provided for informational purposes only. Contact info@asthra-writer.ai for access terms.
3. Customer data
You retain all rights to source documents and generated outputs produced under your account. Asthra does not use customer documents or outputs to train or fine-tune its or any third party's models. Detailed data handling terms are set out in your commercial agreement and in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Asthra name, logo, website, documentation, and underlying software are owned by Asthra AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under the terms of your commercial agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate misleading regulatory content, circumvent legal or ethical review, submit fabricated data to regulators, or process data you do not have the right to process. Asthra reserves the right to suspend access for breaches of this section.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
The Service is provided as a drafting aid. Regulatory outputs must be reviewed and approved by qualified professionals before use in any regulatory submission. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory acceptance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asthra's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Asthra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or regulatory damages.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active customers through their commercial agreement contact.
